Sales Representative B2B
The role reports to the Sales Manager, Professional Haircare.
At HELLENICA we create innovative haircare, makeup, skincare and fragrance products that celebrate beauty and self-expression. With our four leading brands, SEVENTEEN, RADIANT, LORVENN, MON RÊVE, we deliver high-quality beauty experiences to professionals and consumers.
We are seeking a Sales Representative B2B, based in Attica, to strengthen our presence in the professional haircare market and build long-term partnerships with hair professionals.
📌 Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the consistent and timely execution of the visit plan across assigned accounts.
- Promote and grow our professional haircare portfolio, securing strong brand visibility in salons.
- Develop and strengthen relationships with professional hairdressers and B2B partners.
- Act as the liaison between clients and the company, ensuring effective communication and high service quality.
- Support clients with product knowledge and training.
- Monitor market dynamics, competition activity, and trends within the professional haircare sector.
- Present sales reports, KPIs, and insights for the area of responsibility.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Training and Marketing to ensure flawless execution in the field.
✅ What You Bring
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field (preferred).
- At least 2 years of experience in Sales, ideally within professional haircare or FMCG sectors.
- Solid MS Office knowledge.
- Driving license.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build trust and long-term business relationships.
- Results-driven, organized, and proactive.
