Methods of payment
We accept the following methods of payment:
- Debit / Credit / Prepaid card, through Stripe’s secure payment environment. The accepted card types and available digital wallet options include Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay, where supported by the user’s device, browser and issuing bank.
- IRIS Online Payments, with direct debit from your bank account, without using a card.
- Cash on Delivery upon delivery of your order.*
Any bank charges that may arise are payable by the Buyer. Any past due unpaid amount shall be remunerated with the legal interest on late payment. Additionally, the Company retains the option to cancel or suspend the whole order or its delivery, at any stage of the procedure, in case of non-payment or partial payment of any amount, or fraud or fraud attempt during the use of the Company’s Website.
HELLENICA S.A. COSMETICS may communicate information on the Buyer’s order to any third party legally authorized or appointed by HELLENICA S.A. COSMETICS, including payment service providers, courier companies and delivery partners, so as to confirm the Buyer’s identity, the validity of the order, the validity of the payment method used and the selected delivery method.
HELLENICA S.A. COSMETICS uses the prescribed methods with valid encryption techniques for guaranteeing the safety of its transactions. The safety of transactions lies on the Buyer’s identification and the confidentiality of the information provided.
The overall card payment procedure is performed through Stripe’s secure payment environment. Card details are processed securely by Stripe and are not collected or stored by HELLENICA S.A. COSMETICS. The Buyer is responsible for properly, completely and accurately inserting his / her payment details, and the Company assumes no responsibility for any incorrect insertion or improper use of such details by the Buyer.
Credit, Debit or Prepaid Card
We accept electronic payments with debit, credit or prepaid cards through Stripe’s secure payment environment. The accepted payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay, where supported by the user’s device, browser and issuing bank.
All card payments are processed through Stripe’s secure electronic payment infrastructure. We do not collect or store in any way your card details, so you may need to re-submit them each time you use your card for transactions on our Website, unless a secure card-saving option is made available and selected by you through the payment provider.
IRIS Online Payments
We support payments through the IRIS Online Payments system.
By selecting IRIS at checkout, you are redirected to a secure environment of the bank or DIAS, or a dynamic QR code will appear.
You can scan the QR code using your mobile banking app or complete the payment via e-banking, following your bank’s instructions.
Once the payment is completed, the transaction is confirmed in real time, and you are redirected back to the e-shop with a successful IRIS payment status.
IRIS Online Payments is provided by Greek banks and is subject to the applicable regulatory framework for electronic payments, including Law 5072/2023 and relevant regulations.
Cash on Delivery upon Delivery of Your Order
Cash on Delivery cost is 2,50€.
Payment is made upon delivery via the selected courier or delivery partner, where this payment method is available.
*Cash on Delivery is available only for purchases within Greece and only where supported by the selected delivery method and courier / delivery partner, including, where applicable, BOX, DHL or ACS.
